Every item shows its real status. Live means deployed to production; In development means built or being built and released to clients one at a time.
Fare names you control
Map each airline fare class code to the fare name your customers see, such as Flex or Lite. A needs-mapping queue lists the fare classes that search has seen but nobody has named yet.
Supplier credentials masked on screen
Secret and file credentials show as asterisks when an administrator opens a supplier, so they are not exposed in the admin screens.
Price-increase guard before payment
Before payment goes to the airline, the system compares the airline’s own total with the price you reviewed. Any increase stops the booking with nothing paid; the same or a lower price goes ahead. Built for supported airlines; seat and meal price changes are not covered.
Recovery for paid bookings the airline did not confirm
If the airline’s confirmation times out after the agent has paid, the booking is held as “check with the airline” instead of being failed and refunded. A recovery panel shows the one safe next action, and two operators cannot act on the same booking at once. Tested with simulated airline responses; not yet run against live airlines.
Airline-system control per agency
Choose which distribution systems — Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre or NDC — each agency can search and book through. A blocked system is refused at search and review, so an agency never sells from a source you have switched off. Deployed; end-to-end checks and wider rollout are in progress.
